Resonate is a versatile, intimate event space in Parkville, MD, perfect for gatherings of up to 35 guests. Whether you’re hosting a birthday, baby shower, family gathering, or book launch, our chic, modern, and refined venue offers the ideal setting that can be tailored to fit your unique vision.

  • Yes, we offer in-person walk-throughs on Thursdays from 1–3 PM and 5–7 PM. 

  • ● All furniture shown in photos 

  • Yes, free parking is located directly in front of the venue. 

  • Yes, but: 

    ● No taping or tacking items on the walls 

    ● Fees apply for any damage to walls or furniture 

  • An on-site assistant will connect and manage AV equipment during your event. 

    ● Add-ons available (e.g., TV, microphone)

  • Yes, there are no restrictions on food or beverage choices. 

  • ● Guests must remove trash and dispose of it in the dumpster (located near the 7-Eleven, gate code: 8507) 

    ● Return all furniture to its original position

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring in rentals to suit your event needs. 

  • No, there are no restrictions on noise levels. 

  • Please refer to our Peerspace page for specific cancellation and refund policies. 

Hours of Operation

Resonate is available for bookings during the following times: 

Monday: Closed 

Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday: Closed 

Thursday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM 

Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM 

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM 

Sunday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM 

Holiday Closures 

Resonate will be closed in observance of the following holidays: 

● Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 28, 2024 

● Christmas Eve: Tuesday, December 24, 2024 

● Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25, 2024 

● New Year's Eve: Tuesday, December 31, 2024 

● New Year's Day: Wednesday, January 1, 2025 

Booking Guidelines 

1. Setup & Cleanup Time 

Please include 30 minutes to 1 hour for setup and cleanup in your booking. 

2. Time Limit 

All events must conclude by 10 PM. 

3. Decor Guidelines 

To maintain the space, avoid using the following: 

● Paint, glitter, or confetti 

● Wall adhesives, tacks, or tape 

● Smoke or fog machines 

● Candles or open flames 

4. Capacity 

Resonate accommodates up to 35 guests. 

Respect for Property 

● Please ensure the space is maintained and returned to its original condition. Any additional cleaning or repairs due to damage will result in fees.

Amenities 

● Furniture: Tables and chairs as pictured (included in booking) 

● Add-ons: TV, microphone (available upon request) 

● Cleaning Supplies: 

○ Located under the bathroom vanity sink 

○ Includes paper towels, cleaning spray, and replacement trash bags 

Tours 

Schedule an in-person visit on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 1–3 PM or 5–7 PM to explore the venue and discuss your event needs.
